Why Full Send Exists

Who I Am and Why I Coach

My name is Josh Shapiro. I spent more than 30 years working in roles across sales, management, and executive leadership in companies that ranged from early-stage startups to Fortune 50 giants. I have been promoted. I have been fired. I have rebuilt myself more than once. I have led teams across markets, cultures, and continents. I know firsthand what leadership feels like when everything is on your shoulders, and I coach from that lived reality. Calm. Honest. Grounded. No hype. No shortcuts. Just clarity that has been earned through experience.

Full Send Management was created for leaders and founders who want to stay ahead, not wait for something to break. My approach is identity-first. When the leader evolves, everything around them evolves with them.
